Hey welcome guys,

So to start this, you will need to have a house to build in, lets get that done.

BUYING A HOUSE:

So in order to purchase a house you will need to speak to the estate agent who is located between the White and Red portals at home spawn.
Speak to him and there will be an option along the lines of buying a house.

Now that you've bought it, here's how to get there.

GETTING TO YOUR HOUSE:

Dependent on whether or not you have asked to have your house relocated it should be at Rimmington.
The fastest way to your house is to purchase house teleport tabs which will look like this:

Once you have bought a few (maybe 50 as they are fairly cheap and you will be teleporting quite a bit)
click the tab and you will be teleported just outside your house portal. Click the portal and you will be shown the following interface in which you will want to select the second option; Building Mode.

BEGINNING LEVELING:

To start gaining Xp you will need to return home and speak to the Estate Agent once more.
However, this time, ask to see the Construction Supplies store (3rd Option).

From here you will want to buy the following items:
  • Planks (Just regular ones)
  • Steel Nails (Don't be afraid to buy these excessively you will use them later)
Once you have bought these items, return to your house using the Teleport Tablet.

BUILDING ROOMS:
As soon as you enter you house you will see white door frames, which you can right click and build whichever room you please in the "Build Door Hotspot". In this case, we will assume you have 1 Construction Level so just select the Parlour Option.

Once you have built the room, begin by building a Crude wooden chair using 2 Planks and 2 Steel Nails on the white Chair Space:

You will now want to repeat these chairs (and even other furniture such as bookcases etc) until Level 52 Construction, which, due to the fairly high XP rates, shouldn't take long at all.

FASTEST CONSTRUCTION METHOD:

So from 52 Construction this is where the big XP starts, using a fairly well known Construction Method.

Butlers:

Owning a Butler is mandatory for doing this method in such an efficient fashion, Butlers are used for many things but most importantly, taking things to and from your bank, there are a few Butlers to choose from in PlayWorld who all request a sum of gold for services rendered accordingly.
I use the Demon Butler and would recommend you do too if money is no object for you in PlayWorld. Here's how to hire the services of a butler:

Speak to Ariane at home > Select Teleports > More Options > Skilling Zone.

Once you're here head straight North and you will find a stair case, click the staircase.
Next head east along the south wall until you reach a ladder, climb this ladder. From the top of the ladder run North and all the available Butlers will be positioned adjacent to the Northern wall.

Speak to your chosen butler and there will be an option along the lines of hiring them, you will pay hire fee and the Butler will now be under your command, in your house.

The Method:

In order to do this method you will need the following:

  • Mahogany Planks (I'd recommend anywhere from 10,000-20,000 for 99)
  • A Dining Room
  • A Hammer
Place the planks in your bank as your butler will retrieve them for you, then take out ONE teleport tab and use it, walk over to the end of the table furthest from the entrance and position your butler so he is either side of you (Not behind you). Have nothing else in your inventThen proceed to making a Mahogany Table, then, right click and remove the table, then click yes to confirm, I'd recommend using number keys to speed up this process. Repeat this until you are down to 9 Planks left in your inventory, it will look like this.
Screen Shot 2017-07-23 at 12.41.28 AM.png

Then RIGHT CLICK your butler and select "Fetch-from-bank" option. Then select the 2nd Option "Bring something from bank." Then the 4th Option, then the 1st Option, then type out the Number 25, this will then prompt the Butler to fetch 25 Mahogany Planks from your bank. The fastest way to do this is to use number keys, do this by Selecting the "Fetch-from-bank" then press the numbers 2 > 4 > 1 > 25 > Enter. This will dramatically decrease time taken to talk to the butler. After you have done that, the butler will disappear for around 7 seconds as he is Fetching the Planks from your Bank. In this time you have time to remove and build one more table, then as soon as he's back he will fill your inventory with Planks, repeat this through until 99.

Here's a clip of the method in use:

This was my guide for 1-99 Construction
Thanks guys,
Zoneman.
